Established in 1982

This ranch is unlike any other Christian camp. Here boys join a way of life. Legacy Youth Ranch brings young men from the city to working cattle ranches near O’Neill Nebraska. These ranches have been in the family for generations and provide an opportunity for young men to step into an entirely different way of life.

In 1982 my dad Bill began to act on his dream of inviting boys from the city to the ranch in western Nebraska where he was foreman. His dream quickly grew, until, by the 1990s multiple ranches with groups of boys from around the world were participating. However, when I was born in 1991 my dad stepped out of his role in the youth ranch ministry.

I grew up hearing the stories from the years on the ranch. In 2012, after a 7 day fast, I felt very clearly from the Lord to restart the “Legacy” of ranching ministry that my dad had begun. So since 2013, the legacy of youth ranch ministry has continued with the next generation. Come and experience the joys, challenges, and adventures of working with other young men to run a cattle ranch!
